We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the Atlas Mountains, making our days even more special. The hotel facilities were great, with three pools and a beautifully designed underground spa. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the opulent ambiance created a luxurious experience. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the best sights in-and-around the medina. the staff were friendly and hospitable, always going above and beyond to make our stay nice. Special mentions go to Jamila in housekeeping, Houssain at the front desk, Adnane who served us delicious coffee each morning, Rada who took care of us during dinner, Hitcham who looked after us by the pool.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments and a beautiful indoor swimming pool. the rooftop pool had sun loungers and a wonderful garden area with a stunning view. the restaurant served delicious dinner and buffet breakfast, with special diet menus available on request. The hotel's location advantage in a nice area made the old town easily reachable by foot, and a lot of hotels, restaurants and clubs were close to the venue. Cons: Although our stay was amazing, the service was a bit slow and every order took a lot of time. the Swimming pool and all the other public areas could have been cleaner. this was a minor issue, and did not affect our overall experience at this hotel.
